Giving Back After A Tragic Loss
Growing up, I remember I used to hate when everybody asked what happened to my parents or where they were or talking about the situation at all. It’s probably one of the worst pains I’ll ever feel and still to this day, sometimes I just don’t understand “why.” Over the last couple of years, God gave me the vision to launch The Golden Chance Foundation , a non-profit organization that caters to the needs of individuals whose dealt with the death of a biological parent(s). As a recent graduate of FAMU, I was nervous about this journey, but also excited knowing that I have the opportunity to change lives and give back to a community that I’m not too far removed from. God has blessed me tremendously with a wonderful team as well as the resources needed to fulfill the vision that he gave me 💛 it’s a true blessing to be able to change lives, one Golden Chance at a time 🙏🏽💛 Check out my interview with First Coast News and Brooks Baptiste that was featured their “Monday Motivation” segment.
